The Eldorado is the only bright spot around the Arch in 2009 with the closing of Fitzgerald's and the demolition of the rainbow bridge. These pictures show the new energy efficient Arch with white LED's.

The Sundowner closed in November, 2003. The entrance and first floor windows have been covered.
There is a proposal to turn the property into the Belvedere Condominiums.
